Ashley has been a part of the Dublin Metro Dental team for more than 15+ years. Ashley is a phenomenal leader as she orients and trains new employees, coordinates team meetings, and keeps our daily schedule on track.
As Practice Manager, she is constantly evolving her leadership skills to help our workdays go smoothly. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her daughter, watching movies, and being outdoors.

Neelima graduated with a doctorate in Dental Surgery from India and completed a Master’s in Health Care Administration at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. She worked at the Wisconsin Children’s Hospital before joining Dublin Metro Dental.
She enforces compliance to OSHA safety and HIPAA patient privacy regulations, directs and manages staff duties, and regularly updates our employee policy manual. Outside of work, Neelima loves going to concerts, painting, hiking, and running.

Jayne studied visual communications and is usually at the helm of the front desk greeting new and existing patients upon their arrival. She is Dr. Sadineni’s patient and feels lucky to work in an office that provides top-notch care to its patients. A unique fact about Jayne is that she was born in Sydney, Australia! Jayne loves to solve puzzles, play board games, attend concerts, and try out new restaurants with her friends and family.

Praj graduated with a doctorate in Dental Surgery from India and worked as a dentist for more than 6+ years practicing General, Cosmetic, and Implant dentistry.
Utilizing her prior clinical experience, she educates our patients on treatment options, costs, and related timelines, coordinates with specialists for a referral or follow-up care, and overall invites a calm environment for patients who are otherwise anxious about receiving dental work. Her hobbies include photography, singing, traveling, and reading books.

Damneet graduated with a doctorate in Dental Surgery from India and brings over 5+ years of clinical and patient management experience to our team.
Damneet expertly completes insurance verification to determine patients’ eligibility, clearly explains treatment options, and helps organize payment plans that best meet their current needs. Patients love her for being very kind, dependable, and always knowledgeable regarding any questions about dental treatment. Her hobbies include crafting, making Instagram reals, and playing cricket.

Shama graduated with a doctorate in Dental Surgery from India and worked as a dentist for more than 3+ years. She completed one year program in Medical Coding and Billing at the University of Cincinnati.

Kaite has been a part of the Dublin Metro Dental family for more than 5+ years. She graduated from Rhodes State College with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Prior to being a hygienist, Katie worked as a dental assistant for 6 years. She uses her extensive knowledge in the dental field to educate our patients on how to establish and maintain a good oral hygiene routine following an iTero wellness scan. She skillfully performs routine dental cleanings, enjoys treating adults and children of all ages, and closely collaborates with our doctors on patient-centered treatment plans. She is always sporting a positive attitude and a bright smile. Outside of work, Kaite enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, and two boys. She likes to cook, bake, and travel—especially sightseeing the beautiful National Parks.

Nour attended the Ohio State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and received Expanded Functional Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification. She enjoys helping patients of all ages and educating them on healthy oral hygiene practices. Nour’s clinical excellence and her ability to put patients at ease are always on display– whether it is a routine dental cleaning, cavity filling, or periodontal root planning. We are proud to support her membership in the Ohio Army Nation Guard & American Dental Hygiene Association. A fun fact about Nour is that she is fluent in French, English, and Arabic. In her free time, she loves to read mystery and action books and travel.

Carla graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and received Expanded Functional Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification from the Ohio State University. Carla performs clinical procedures such as cleanings, iTero Invisalign scans, and cavity fillings. She passionately works with patients of all ages in addressing their oral health concerns. The ever-changing field of dentistry offers her the opportunity to constantly learn and develop her skills in continuing education courses. She educates all our patients on the importance of good oral hygiene and is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. When she is not in the office, she loves being outdoors, trying new restaurants, decorating her apartment, organizing, binge-watching scary movies, and scrolling on Tik-Tok.

Amanda has been a part of the Dublin Metro Dental family for more than 4+ years. With over 22+ years of dental assisting experience, she is an extremely knowledgeable and dependable player on our team. Amanda fulfills the rolls of EFDA and is coronal polishing certified. Her vast experience in the dental field makes her a great educator for patients. She takes Invisalign iTero digital scan impressions on our patients to generate a personalized smile simulation and treatment plan options. She skillfully assists our doctors in all aspects of dentistry including dental implants, endodontics, and complex veneer procedures. Outside of work, she is a passionate Pittsburgh Steelers fan, enjoys going to baseball games, movies, riding bikes, and fishing with her family.

Nuha graduated with a doctorate in Dental Surgery from Libya. She practiced Dentistry for more than 6+ years performing comprehensive dental work including porcelain crowns, fillings, extractions, and implants. After moving to America, she completed an EFDA certification and performs cavity fillings for our patients. She takes CEREC digital impressions for same-day crowns and Invisalign iTero scans. Nuha’s gentle chair-side manner helps our patients feel very relaxed and comfortable while receiving treatment. She eagerly attends continuing dental education courses to stay up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry. She is preparing for dental boards to attend dental school and wants to become a dentist. Outside of work, Nuha enjoys hiking, swimming, backing, and spending time with friends and family.
EFDA & Dental Assistant
Manual graduated with a doctorate in Dental Surgery from India. She owned a dental practice for 10+ years practicing General, Cosmetic, and Implant dentistry. Her extensive knowledge in dentistry is apparent when she helps complete lab work such as custom night guards, sports mouth guards, and temporary dental bridges. She is licensed in coronal polishing and expertly uses the CEREC machine to create digital impressions and prepare crowns for patients within one dental visit. She is currently applying to dental schools and wants to become a dentist. Manjula spends time at home meditating, baking, volunteering, and working on home improvement projects.

Divya graduated with a doctorate in Dental Surgery from India where she worked as a dentist for more than 3+ years practicing General, Pediatric, and Orthodontics. She helps our patients with Invisalign iTero digital scans and smile simulation. She likes to work with kids and educates them on good dental hygiene and oral health. She enjoys attending continuing education courses to stay current on the latest advances in dentistry. Divya is preparing for dental boards to attend dental school and eventually specialize in Pediatric Dentistry. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, golfing, yoga, and board games.

Amanda attended Dental Assisting school. She follows up on our Invisalign Clear braces patients to ensure their treatments are progressing as planned. Along with fulfilling routine dental assistant tasks, Amanda takes before and after patient photos to document patients’ smile transformations. She truly enjoys the relationships she makes with her patients and loves helping them achieve and maintain a healthy smile. She also helps generate content with our social media team, and her bright personality brings great energy to our team! Amanda does amazing, intricate nail art, so make sure to check out her nails next time you visit our office. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys camping, hiking, shopping, and watching movies.

Rod graduated with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and has been a Dental Hygienist for almost 23+ Years now! He is one of our newest addition to the DMD Family & we can’t get enough of his humor! He is not only good at his job of Teeth Cleanings, Polishing, performing Scaling & Root Planning on Patients but he Rather enjoys the whole process making sure he is communicating with you throughout your visit! Rod believes that dental care is a necessity & people should be Anxiety Free at Dublin Metro Dental.
He enjoys helping patients of all ages and educating them on healthy oral hygiene practices. In his Free time Rod loves to build furniture in his household, blacksmithing, looking at antique car shows around the area and being a Dad!

Amal has been a Dentist for almost 20+ years and also an Oral Pathologist while her role here with us relies mostly on being a Dental Assistant as well as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant where she helps Dr. Sadineni’s patients with Same- Day cavity fillings, application of Fluoride, Applying Sealants to Prevent Decay as she believes in “Prevention is better than Cure“ Her calm & charming nature with kids is a hit for all the Dental needs of Kids, she makes kids feel at rest making a worry free visit of Parent & the kid!

EFDA & Dental Assistant
Lakshmi holds a Doctorate in Dental Surgery & brings over 3 years of experience as a practicing dentist. She further advanced her expertise by earning a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut.
She plays a key role in assisting with various dental procedures, including root canal treatments, extractions, restorations, oral prophylaxis, implants, prosthetic dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry. Additionally, she ensures seamless coordination between clinical and administrative teams, contributing to a well-organized and patient-focused environment.
Certified Dental Assistant
Kishore has been a part of the Dublin Metro Dental team for more than 15+ years. He graduated with a Master’s in CAD/CAM Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. He has extensive experience in practice management and helps recruit and train new employees. He believes Oral Health Care should be Affordable to everyone so that they can get the care they need and deserve.
He is a major proponent of utilizing Computer-Aided Design and Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) and other digital dentistry technology to enhance patient treatment outcomes. He oversees all internal and external marketing and patient communication. Outside of work, Kishore enjoys photography, watching movies and running.
Business Manager
Mo is the star of our Dublin Metro Dental family and one of the main reasons you can count on having a paw-sitive dental experience at our office. His wagging tail and kisses keep our team members cheerful and revive our energies throughout the day. Mo is comforting and dependable as he helps soothe anxious patients during treatments and rarely takes a day off from work. You will find Mo napping or playing with our team members or kids. Mo’s favorite activities are getting belly rubs, giving kisses, eating peanut butter treats, and taking all the spotlight on our social media pages.
